#### Costume Updates

* Changed all **Maintown** costumes to **Hourly** costumes.
* Renamed **Loka C. Maintown** to **Loka C. Hourly**.
* Updated the bonus effects for **Maintown**, **PVP**, and **MVP** costumes.

#### New Character-Bound Items

* Added **\[Event] \[Small] Loka Life Potion**.
* Added **\[Event] \[Medium] Loka Life Potion**.
* Added **\[Event] \[Large] Loka Life Potion**.
* Added **\[Event] \[Small] Loka Mana Potion**.
* Added **\[Event] \[Medium] Loka Mana Potion**.
