Patch notes for Friday, August 14, 2025.

#### Economy

* Early phase starts with a `1%` vending tax.

#### Kafra Storage

* Default storage capacity is `100`.
* VIP storage capacity is `600`.

#### Training Ground

* The Training Ground gate is closed for now.
* The gate opens at the CBT release schedule.

#### NPC Receptionist

* **Direct Access to Ragnarok Online** now points to the **Payon** town spawn point.

#### In-Game Announcements

* Removed the **NPC Healer** announcement.
* Enabled announcements when players reach `Lv.99`.

#### Refine Announcements

* Global announcements now show player names for refine attempts at selected levels.
* Success announcements:
  * Armor: `+7`, `+8`, `+9`, `+10`
  * Weapon Lv.1: `+10`
  * Weapon Lv.2: `+9`, `+10`
  * Weapon Lv.3: `+8`, `+9`, `+10`
  * Weapon Lv.4: `+7`, `+8`, `+9`, `+10`
* Failed announcements:
  * Armor: `+8`, `+9`, `+10`
  * Weapon Lv.1: break to `+0`
  * Weapon Lv.2: `+9`
  * Weapon Lv.3: `+9`, `+10`
  * Weapon Lv.4: `+8`, `+9`, `+10`

#### Megaphone

* Megaphone is now split into these types:
  * Megaphone Tier 1
  * Megaphone Tier 2
  * Premium Megaphone
  * Megaphone Streamer

#### Achievements and Titles

* Added the **Account Verification** achievement.
* Added the **\[Verified]** title reward.
* Removed the other achievement entries from the list.
