# Installation Guide

### Before you start

Prepare these first:

* A game account
* A stable internet connection
* A clean folder for this client only
* Enough time to let the patcher finish once

{% hint style="info" %}
Do not mix this client with other Ragnarok folders. A clean folder prevents missing or overwritten files.
{% endhint %}

### Installation Steps

{% stepper %}
{% step %}

### Download the latest client

Get the latest Full Client from the official [Lokagamers Ragnarok Revo⁺ website](https://rorevo.lokagamers.com/download.php).
{% endstep %}

{% step %}

### Extract to a clean folder

Create one dedicated folder for the game.

<pre><code><strong>Example:
</strong>D:\Games\Ragnarok\Loka RO
</code></pre>

Extract the full client into that folder.
{% endstep %}

{% step %}

### Run the launcher

Open the `RO RevoLoka Launcher` from the game folder.

Wait until all updates finish.

Do not close it while files are downloading or replacing.
{% endstep %}

{% step %}

### Start the game

Launch the client from the same patched folder.

Log in with your game account.

Dual login is enabled for up to `2` clients.
{% endstep %}
{% endstepper %}

### Common mistakes

Avoid these during setup:

* Do not run the game from a compressed archive
* Do not copy old files into a new client folder
* Do not close the patcher before it fully finishes

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://lokagamers.gitbook.io/rowiki/guide/installation-guide.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
